Ingredients - 2 oz Skyy vodka
1/2 - 1 oz Appleton Estate Dark Jamaica rum
6 - 8 oz Schweppes club soda
Add Skyy vodka and Appleton Estate rum to a hurricane glass over ice cubes. Peel and squeeze a segment or two of sweet Clementine, peeled. Drop in. Add Schweppes club soda, stir, and serve.
