Ingredients - 1 1/2 oz Kirschwasser cherry brandy
1 tsp sugar
1 egg white
coffee
Combine the kirsch, sugar and egg white in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a wine glass. Fill with coffee, stir, and serve.
