Ingredients

1/2 oz brandy
1/2 oz Kirschwasser cherry brandy
1 1/2 oz sugar syrup
3 dashes Angostura bitters
7 oz dry sparkling wine

Pour all ingredients into a highball glass. Add a dusting of lemon or orange sherbet on top, and serve. Cocktails
