Ingredients - 3/4 oz Amaretto Di Saronno liqueur
1 oz white rum
1 oz double cream
1 1/2 oz strawberry puree
1/3 oz strawberry syrup
Blend briefly in a cocktail glass with half a glassful of crushed ice. Garnish with a sugar-dipped strawberry, and serve.
